Refund Policy

Thank you for playing and supporting Champions Realm. This Refund Policy describes your rights and the rules regarding refunds for virtual goods, currencies, subscriptions, and purchases made within the game client and associated web shops.
Please read this policy carefully before completing any transaction. By initiating a purchase, you agree to the conditions laid out below.
[01] General Refund Rules
Unless required by applicable local law (such as mandatory EU statutory consumer protection cooling-off periods), all purchases of virtual currency (Rubies), digital card packs, cosmetic customisations, and in-game upgrades are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital item or currency is added to your account balance, it is deemed consumed and is not subject to a refund.
[02]Subscriptions & Battle Passes
For periodic subscriptions (e.g., monthly premium passes or the Realm Pass):
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and your premium access will remain active until then.
- Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds or prorated credits for unused periods of active subscriptions.
[03] Technical Delivery Failures
In rare instances where a transaction is successfully processed but the purchased virtual currency or digital card fails to deliver to your account due to a server error or connection glitch:
Please contact our customer support team within 14 days of the purchase date. Provide your transaction receipt, username, and time of purchase. If we verify that delivery failed and cannot credit the item manually to your account, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
[04] Third-Party Store Purchases
If you purchase virtual items through a third-party platform (such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Steam, or Epic Games Store):
All payment disputes and refund requests must be handled directly through the customer support channels of that specific platform. Champions Realm does not directly process payments or issue refunds for transactions made through external platform storefronts.
[05]Refund Abuse & Chargebacks
We monitor transaction activities closely to prevent fraud. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or disputing payments with your bank for items you have received and used will be considered a breach of our Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with payment disputes, chargeback fraud, or systemic abuse of refund requests.
